| -FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS- Who will be in my home? A crew of 2 or 3 trained people in uniform will arrive with a supervisor. Although the supervisor will assist with some of the cleaning, his/her job is quality control to insure your satisfaction. What time will The Crew be cleaning my home? We work Monday through Friday, and reserve Saturday for move in and move out customers, You can request a morning or afternoon appointment. We will work hard to meet a schedule that is good for you. Do I need to be home? It is not necessary to be home. In fact, most of our customers are not. We keep a copy of your key and code it. It is then stored in a safe lock box. Some customers hide a key and we return it to the same location. If you have special instructions you can call the office or leave a note. What if I forget to leave my key? If we arrive at your home and are unable to access, we will charge you a $40 lock out fee. If you have provided us with an office or cell number, we will call you to see if we can return later that day, schedule permitting. If this is not possible, we can easily reschedule the cleaning at a time convenient to you. How do I pay? Simply leave cash or a check on the counter payable to The Crew. |
